Junior Autumn Term Schedule 2007
Junior Closed Singles Tournaments
The junior singles tournament took place on Sunday 9 September. Unlike previous years all rounds including the finals were played on the same day. Junior Open Tournaments
We will be holding a series of Open tournaments in the October half-term. These will be as follows: | Monday 22 October | Mini Orange | 10am - 12 noon | boys and girls | | Tuesday 23 October | 11 and under | 9am - 2pm | boys | | Wednesday 24 October | mini green | 10am - 12 noon | boys and girls | | Thursday 25 October | 13 and under | 9am - 2pm | boys | | Friday 26 October | 17 and under | 9am - 2pm | boys |
The 17, 13 and 11 & under tournaments will be Grade 6 ratings events. Therefore you must have a rating in order to enter. Entry forms will be available shortly. Squads
The training squads started again week commencing 3 September. The squads have been a huge success and the improvement in the players taking part has been significant. We are planning to introduce video analysis for the coming term subject to parental consent. If you want to rejoin your squad, or if you want to join an existing squad then please complete the form attached. The cost for the term will be £35.00.
Thursday Club Nights
The Thursday club nights will continue through the winter and will make use of the floodlights. Whenever we need to use the lights for a session, either for club nights or squads, there will be a £1 fee per player to cover the cost.
